About Delfin Technologies

Delfin Technologies was established in 1998 to commercialize the outcome of a scientific research project in the University of Kuopio in Finland. A need was seen for new, innovative and user-friendly devices for use in the research of skin and development of products in contact with the skin.

We have managed, together with our partners, to create a global company reach with a broad range of applications for our products. Delfin products are in use in 30 countries on 6 continents. Delfin’s major markets are North America, Europe and Japan and Korea in Asia. Recently China and South-East Asia have emerged as new potential market areas.

Our products have been very well accepted in different industries with interests in skin research as well as in the actual academic skin research field. Our new products have opened up new interesting areas for research and scientific co-operation with selected partners around the world.
